I'd like to take a minute to introduce myself to all our new followers! My name is Gayla O'Connor and I am the woman behind the scenes here at U Can Co. I started this business in hopes to bring a love of canning to other people who enjoy the preservation of homegrown foods as much as I do. I take pride in being able to provide healthier eating habits at home and a love for easier canning and preservation!
